Fishhawk Homeowner's Association
Fishhawk is represented by a homeowner's association (HOA). The HOA is responsible for the enforcement of the covenants and deed restrictions, as governed by the adopted by-laws. The services provided are:
- Administrative
- Financial
- Architectural reviews
- Enforcement activities
- Legal
- Insurance provision
Through various committees, the HOA sponsors community activities for residents and the general public, and enacts and enforces community rules as allowed by the Covenants.
The 2008 master association fee is $154.00.
